ORDER PROCESSING:

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day; otherwise, you may receive your order the following day. We use various shipping carriers, such as FedEx, Estafeta, RedPack, Paquetexpress, DHL, among others. You will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using this number through the corresponding shipping carrier.

SHIPPING COST:

We offer free shipping for orders over $999 mxn.

DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. Estimated delivery time will vary depending on the recipient's location.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier logistical issues.
